Contour LLC provides LinkedIn content creation, content strategy, and authority-building services for B2B professionals. The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work between you and Contour.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

4. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Contour LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Description of Messaging Service

When you opt in, you may receive text messages related to appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, onboarding communications, and other operational messages related to your engagement with Contour LLC.

Opt-Out / Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to us. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and processes created by Contour LLC remain the intellectual property of Contour LLC unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement.

Content produced specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement (such as LinkedIn posts, graphics, and written materials) becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Contour's proprietary materials, templates, or methodologies without prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules will be defined in your individual service agreement with Contour LLC. By entering into a service agreement, you agree to pay all fees as outlined. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Contour LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, website, or communications, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Contour LLC in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Contour LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or services provided. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, audience growth, engagement metrics, or revenue results from our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Contour LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement. Contour LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if you violate these Terms or fail to meet payment obligations, with reasonable written notice where practicable.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due and payable.
